I have a same issue and thought it might be helpful to describe a few more symptoms. Everything was working fine on both monitors up to about several months ago. In reply to Joe Dupree's post on August 6, I have the same issues as well with it being smaller on the extended monitor screen. I never had this issue until 2 weeks ago when I had to do a windows reset for other reasons.

Doing the reset was the start of my problem. I am hoping someone can offer a solution that works. In reply to ambrown 2 's post on September 17, I have had exactly these same behaviors as described by Joe Dupree.

It seems to be related to settings associated with multiple screen setups. I found a way to resolve this by examining the display setting for the screen having the issue. In reply to JoeDupree's post on September 20, I observe the same behaviour.
